Britney Spears' lawyers made sure most of her millions were protected before the couple tied the knot. K-fed is entitled according to the prenuptual agreement to half of the proceeds of the sale of Britney's Malibu mansion, it is currently on the market for 13.5 million. All gifts that were purchased for him by the singer over the value of $10,000 must be returned, under the agreement.
That means that Kevin will have to give back his Ferrari and his motorcycle. When Britney and Kevin were filming their reality show Britney and Kevin:Chaotic, he received half of the money for the show. He is also entitled to a payment of $30,000 a month for half of the time they were married.
They were married for 2 years and one month. So, Kevin is eligible for monthly payments for 1 year + 2 weeks, or 54 weeks.

He's doing pretty good for himself, not bad for an unemployed backup dancer and rapper wannabe. Plus whatever he already made from the TV show, and there might be additional funds from baby pictures we'll just have to wait and see.
As well, if any baby pictures are sold Kevin is to receive half of the proceeds. It is rumoured on the internet that since Kevin will get half the money Britney is planning on giving away the pictures free to a National magazine in the near future.
Only time will tell, if the rumour is indeed true or not.
