It's official - Britney Spears filed for divorce to from husband Kevin Federline in Los Angeles today, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for her petition. The pop princess and hubby K-fed have reportedly had a tumuluous marriage with Kevin seen out partying many nights in L.A. minus his powerhouse missus.
K-fed has just released his first album titled 'Playing with Fire' in October. He was booed off stage recently at a Halloween performance promoting his debut cd. He was also recently hit with a law suit for using material that belonged to someone else on one of his tracks. K-fed settled the matter out of court. Rumours are swirling that his production company (record label) is also owned by him.
Britney and Kevin have been married for two years and one month and have two young boys together, a 1 yr old and a 2 month old, Britney has filed for custody of both children. This is Britney's second marriage, her first was annuled hours afterwards. Federline has two children from his previous marriage to Shar Jackson.
